Policy statement
We strive to:
- Run a thriving, successful community-based cricket club as part of Parkfield Sports Club
- Run 3 league sides to the best possible standards, plus 2 Sunday sides for friendly fixtures, and occasional midweek limited-overs matches
- Have the best possible facilities and equipment for both practice and play
- Uphold the values and traditions of the two clubs from which we were formed
- Present a good club image and atmosphere through social events, tours and club kit
- Improve on all aspects of the club both on and off the field
To achieve these aims, we have:
- Clear, open and fair policies and rules, supported by defined committee structures, constitution and responsibilities
- Commitment to forward planning and budgeting for the future
- A high level of communication throughout the Club and PSC, to keep all members informed of news and developments
