Here's some admin info .......
The club Committee will usually meet on the first Tuesday of
each month, starting in February, to consider the business and administration
of the club, including finance, infrastructure, league issues, membership, discipline
and social events. Any club member may attend these meetings but will not be
able to vote on a matter before the committee. Items for the agenda should be
advised to the Secretary in advance of the meeting. A note of the minutes will
be posted on the website. Volunteers from outside the elected committee are
always required to help with the running of events and teams – please contact
captains or committee members in the first instance.
The Cricket
Sub-committee, comprising the captains, the Team Secretary and another
nominated person from the club committee, will meet as and when necessary to consider
playing matters including selection issues, practice nets, recruitment and any other
on-field issues. Members who have a grievance concerning playing matters should
contact this sub-committee in the first instance. Members who wish to be
involved in the running of cricket will always be welcome, and should contact
any of the officials.
